This elegantly decorated room features sparkling crystal chandeliers making it an ideal venue for that special meal or family luncheon and is open 7 days a week from 5.30 pm - 9 pm for a full a la carte selection or for the smaller meal our bar menu is available all day - every day.

Head Chef who is a recent winner of IFEX March 2010 Chef of the Year and Gold Awards has introduced new menus from locally produced foods and was launched in October 2010. Our Chef's philosophy is to tantalize the taste buds which draw upon flavour and texture of superb ingredients.

The Carleton Restaurant has attained the high standards required by the flavour of Tyrone Good Food Circle, “We care gate to plate” award for Tyrone which is sponsored by the farmers union and we also hold the Taste of Ulster approval and Flavour of Tyrone Good Food Circle membership.
