The farm is in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' yet close to the coast from Lyme Regis to Sidmouth. The coastline and the unspoily countryside is a superb walking area. There are sevveral National Trust houses and gardens in the area. Honiton 4miles is noted for its lace making and is the 'Antiques Centre of the Westcountry'. It has a cattle market and a farmers market. There is a swimming pool, sports centre, museum, lots of antique shops, tea shops, devon cream teas.Exeter with is superb Cathedral is about 20 mins away by car or train.
