9.30 am : the lesson starts in the professionally equipped kitchen of the school with the briefing of the recipes that will be elaborated .
Partecipants will then start the preparation of each dishes and listen to the chef .
12.30 the partecipants sit and taste what they have prepared on the panoramic terrace of the shool or in the dining room .
13.30 partecipants help to clean and reasset the kitchen .
