Superb location in Chianti Montalbano, with wonderful views on the valleys of Florence and Vinci. The 150 year old house is part of a 20 hectares property, with forest, olive groves and vineyards. The main farmhouse produces a marvellous olive oil and a fabulous Chianti wine D.O.C.–enjoy it by the patio or the pool.
The house is 190 sq. m. with swimming pool, TV, private pure water well. Patio and veranda. Original cotto floors. Dining room with fireplace. The nearest village is at 3 km, 20 minutes walking distance. The world class Montecatini Golf Club is at 5 km distance.
