The B & B is located in a small villa in the Veneto countryside just 8 km from Venice. It
consists of 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 triple - ideal for families).
The rooms of Fausto & Deby B&B are very spacious, furnished with taste and simplicity.
All the rooms included Digital TV , internet connetions wireless, heating, hair dryer, towels, and cleaned daily.
No curfew, but you are indipendent .
The bathroom and shared, but spacious with shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer. The price included a breakfast served in the common room, parking, internet access and the use of bicycles and free. We provide maps, tourist information and tickets to Venice.
Please note:
Cancellation Policy: 72hours; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night
Check in time: from 17:00 until 21:30.
Late check (after 23:00) will be charged 15€
Check out time: 10am

By car: from the A4 highway exit for Venice Airport A57-SS309 Romea. Follow the signs for Venice - Ravenna SS309 Romea
By train: get off at Venezia Santa Lucia, Piazzale Roma and continue to take the bus blue-Sottomarina Chioggia. You will descend on New Pansac Romea stop (ask the driver).
By plane: airport in Tessera (Venice) take the bus to Piazzale Roma (Venice) and follow the same directions for the bus.
