Our rides are in the mountains of the Continental Divide separating Montana and Idaho. We provide half -day rides and an evening 2 hour trail ride. In the fall we offer a beautiful fall color trip into the mountains with emphasis on photography. Our rides start in the mountain meadows, riding along side of cattle and loose running horses; we then climb into the mountains of the Gallatin National Forest..
Guests arrive for the morning ride, we usually have some fun things to do while signing release forms etc. We have a short but very specific training course on horsemanship and safety. We go into the mountains trying to get back in the vacinity of 1:00 p.m. The afternoon half day ride is essentially the same as the morning ride but usually at a little slower pace. The evening ride starts at 5:00 p.m. and returns to the corrals by 7:30 p.m. On Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays there is a full fledged rodeo starting at 8:00 p.m. (must be booked separately)
