I highly recommend this company to anyone with young children!!! Our guide Hassan was extremely accommodating, very gracious and incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining! I spent four days in Fez with my two young children and cannot think of a thing that could have improved the service from Bouaouina's company. Booking our tours were very easy and correspondence was always helpful and efficient. On arrival we were collected from our hotel (always on time) and driven around to all of the best parts of the new city, including the stunning views over the mountain of Medina. We ate at a fabulous restaurant recommended by Hassan and I would honestly have paid much more than we were charged for these wonderful services. Thank you to Hassan for a very special trip - we will only visit again if we can be guided by you!

This was by far the BEST guided touring experience we have ever had. Everything was perfect -- response, logistics, flexibility, vehicle comfort, ease of touring, private, and the additional information provided by Hassan Bouaouina. on the sites was tremendous in bringing the them to life. What we accomplished in one day of touring would have easily have taken 3 days if we were by ourselves trying to do it or with additional people that were also on the tour that we would either have to pick up or wait on. We were so glad we found Hassan Bouaouina through the Internet. The tour was perfectly organized,we traveled on a new brand Toyota SUV and the Riads were amazing. We enjoyed out time with them and would highly recommend doing your Morocco Tour with Bouaouina Tours company.

I choose Hassan Bouaouina for the tour guide of our recent eleven day stay in Morocco because of the ratings he had been given by others on tripadvisor and other pages on the Internet. I now join the other reviewers in praising his gifts and expertise. From my first contact by e-mail and Skype I felt comfortable that he understood my desires and wanted to be sure that the six of us had a wonderful experience, which we did. I am 73 years old and have dealt with many providers of services, Hassan has to be in my top three for uncompromised satisfaction. It is impossible to review all the ways that he proved himself as a teacher, leader, friend, but it was indeed highly unusual. The six of us had different interests about all that we saw and experienced, no one felt overlooked or slighted. We wanted him to share all our times together. I do not think you can make a mistake choosing Hassan, if you want the most from his abilities, I recommend that you prepare well before your tour.

My husband an I recently did a 2 week tour of Morocco visiting the main cities of Rabat,Meknes,Fes,Marrakech and some of the Real Morocco places on the way. We contracted a guide and driver from Bouaouina Travels and Tours and had a wonderful time. Our guide Hassan was outstanding and we learned so much about Morocco. We highly recommend them.

Even though you may have taken French, Morocco is still a very foreign country. Having Hassan Bouaouina and his driver Said meet us at the airport (Hassan wearing an easily identifiable bright yellow jalaba) started our trip off with smiles and with ease. Hassan is multi-lingual (French, Arabic, German, English, Berber etc.) and is as facile with languages as he is in negotiating the terrain of the marketplaces, the hotels, and the countryside as one would want.

We plan many trips independently but when you're seeing an extensive terrain like Morocco it is critical to have a superior guide team like Hassan and Said who have a most wonderful, easy and helpful manner as they are with you for long days and into the nights. We had close to 2 wks. with them and were appreciative of their infinite patience and helpfulness. (By the way, during our October 2010 trip there was excessive rain one night preventing us from crossing a flooded out river up through one of the gorges to our reserved hotel. We were grateful to Hassan who acted quickly to get our group of 4 the last 2 rooms in the town before the bridge.)

We hired Hassan Bouaouina for 6 days at the end of January and are so glad we did.

A few weeks prior to our trip, I emailed him about our dates and some ideas of things we wanted to see and do. He worked with us on an itinerary that covered it all, and at a pace that worked for us and paid our trip costs through paypal. Payment process was easy and quick.

Hassan is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in providing information. I don't think there were any questions I asked that he couldn't answer (and I asked a LOT of questions). We felt like he was our connection to the people and places we were visiting. There is no way we would have gotten a sense of life and culture in Morocco without him.

Hassan's English is excellent, which was a big plus. He also knows the best times and approaches to the sights to avoid crowds (to the extent possible).

We would highly recommend Hassan for trips in all around Morocco.
